Why WildFree Health?

Because we’ve been there, and we know that a key to optimal health is a sharing community. We bring together women struggling with gut health issues and health experts and practitioners so that our members can gain knowledge and tools to help manage their symptoms and live their lives with energy, enthusiasm, and happy tummies.

When you join WildFree Health today, you’ll get access to our:

  • Gut Health Masterclass: Attend a live online course featuring health experts discussing various aspects of gut health, including nutritional tips and therapeutic practices. This interactive session helps members learn more about what they’re eating that’s eating them and ways to make food… food. Not the enemy.

  • Healthy Recipe Swap: Once you know what’s behind the yuckiness, you’re ready to move on to eating well to keep feeling well. Prepared foods don’t always work for those with allergies and sensitivities, so home cooking is a path to better health. We invite you to participate in healthy recipe swaps, where members share their favorite gut-friendly recipes and cooking tips. This fun and lively event promotes creativity in the kitchen and supports members in discovering new, delicious meals while nurturing their gut health.

 

Wellness Support Group:

We know the truth: If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go with friends. We offer scheduled group chats for members to share their personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs related to their gut health journey.

 

The support group encourages peer-to-peer learning and fosters community among members, empowering individuals to navigate their gut health struggles with confidence and optimism. Some days, it’s just good to know you’re not alone.
